2. How do I care for The Little Paloma's baby clothing and accessories?

To keep our products in their best condition, we recommend following the care instructions provided with each item. Generally, we suggest machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and using a mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals. For drying, tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to air dry. By following these care instructions, you can ensure that our baby clothing and accessories stay soft, vibrant, and ready for your little one to wear.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, unless otherwise specified. 

4. Receiving a defect or incorrect item

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@thelittlepalomasg.com within 3 working days of receiving the product. Include details such as the item name, order number, and attach a clear picture highlighting the area of the defect (if applicable).

Kindly ensure that the returned item(s) are in a brand new condition, unworn, and unwashed with packaging intact. Once we confirm these criteria are met, we will dispatch a replacement item.

Please mail back the item(s) within 3 working days upon confirmation from The Little Paloma. In the event that the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund, or you may choose an alternative item of the same price, with a top-up if necessary. Please note that refunds are not applicable for duties, taxes, or original shipping charges.
